Yes — you can book the robot with or without our production crew to shoot at our studio. If you already have a DOP or camera operator, we can provide the motion-control system, tech support, and workspace. Due to the size of the robot (over 2,000 pounds with weights for stability) and specific power requirements (3-phase power and a higher amperage) on-location shoot are possible only with advance planning and safety personnel present at the scene.

We shoot with the Freefly Ember S5K for ultra-slow-motion, cinematic detail (up to 800 fps at 4k, and 600 fps at 5k), and pair it with high-end lighting rigs that were custom made for our studio. All in, we have over 6,000 kilowatts of white-balance consistent, non-flickering LED light. We don't use conventional tungsten bulbs, so it's not super hot at the studio and the products (or models!) don't melt :) For specific needs, we can mount almost any other cameras — from RED to Blackmagic — depending on the project’s technical requirements. The heaviest camera the robot can support is rigged Phantom Flex 4k.

It depends on the complexity. Simple arcs or spins take 15–30 minutes to program; advanced sequences with trigger cues can take several hours. We usually schedule a full day for setup and testing before the final takes — ensuring the motion, timing, and visuals are perfect.
