After you receive your preview images, you’ll have two included rounds of feedback to request changes or refinements. We encourage clear notes and references — it helps us fine-tune the final result exactly the way you imagine!

The timeline depends on several factors — the number of products, their size, materials, and the number of angles required. For smaller tabletop products, final images are typically delivered within 5–7 business days after the shoot. Larger items or those requiring detailed manual retouching — such as jewelry, glass, patterned wood, or complex clothing pieces — may take additional time to ensure every detail is refined to perfection.

1. Initial Consultation We begin with a conversation — whether it’s a phone call, in-person meeting, or Zoom session — to get to know you and gather all the details about your product and vision for the shoot.

2. Moodboard & Proposal + Contract Based on our discussion, we create a tailored moodboard and proposal that encapsulate your ideas. These are sent to you for review, ensuring every detail aligns with your expectations. Once everything is approved, we move forward with a signed contract.

3. Refinement & Pre-Production Before the shoot, we finalize all technical and creative details — lighting setup, angles, background materials, and shooting plan — so that everything is ready for production day.

4. Full Production & Delivery With your feedback in hand, we photograph the products and deliver the final, professionally retouched images in a polished online gallery, all within the agreed-upon deadline.

After the shooting, an important stage begins - the selection and processing of photograph.

• Step 1: Selecting . After shooting, we select the best shots that meet all criteria: composition, lighting, clarity and correctness of details. It is important that each shot accurately conveys the features of the product.

• Step 2: Retouching and processing. We perform retouching, removing possible defects (such as dust or scratches), improving colors and contrast, and, if necessary, adjusting the background and adding brand elements such as a logo.

• Step 3: Preparing Files for Delivery. We prepare photos in the required formats for various platforms: from Shopify to Amazon. It is important that the photos are of the appropriate resolution and weight for fast loading and correct display on the site.

• Step 4: Delivery to the customer We provide photos through a channel convenient for the client - typically, it's done through the closed online gallery that allows preview and download

Absolutely — we understand that sometimes deadlines are tight. If you need your project completed faster than usual, let us know in advance. We’ll review the schedule and offer rush options whenever possible.

Expedited timelines depend on the project’s scale and complexity, but we’ll always be transparent about what’s realistic and whether it affects the pricing!

Professional eCommerce photography requires an investment, but we make the process as accessible and flexible as possible. A 50% deposit is required to secure your shoot date and begin pre-production. The remaining balance is due once the final images are approved and ready for delivery.

You can choose a convenient payment method — online, by invoice, or through a gallery of ready-made photos. For larger or ongoing projects, payments may also be split into several stages.

Yes, of course! Once the shoot is complete, we carefully repackage and return your products. If you’re local, you can either pick them up from our studio or arrange a courier. For shipped items, we’ll send them back using the same packaging or equivalent protective materials.

Please note that return shipping costs are typically covered by the client unless agreed otherwise in advance. If the products are fragile or of high value, we’ll coordinate shipping details with you to ensure everything arrives safely.
