How does it work if we're not in Texas?

Most of our clients aren't. In fact, we've worked with Brands throughout the US, UK, and Spain. You ship your products to our Dallas studio, we shoot, retouch, and deliver through a private online gallery. Everything else — briefing, moodboards, approvals, revisions — happens over email and shared links. No travel, no in-person meetings required.

Who pays for shipping?

You cover shipping to us. Return shipping is included in your quote, or we can store your products between projects at no cost if you shoot with us regularly.

How long does the whole process take, including shipping?

Plan on 5–7 business days in studio once your products arrive, plus transit time both ways. For campaign work with concepting and set design, add 1–2 weeks. We confirm the timeline in writing before anything starts.

Can you handle large or oversized products?

Yes. We shoot furniture, appliances, equipment, and anything that doesn't fit a tabletop. Our studio has multiple bays and rigging for heavy or awkward items. Tell us dimensions and weight and we'll confirm before you ship.

How do we approve shots if we can't be on set?

We send a moodboard and shot list before the shoot, and you sign off in writing. During production we can send selects the same day for approval before we move to retouching.

What if the images aren't what we expected?

Two rounds of Revisions are included. We don't ask for final payment until you've seen the images in your gallery and approved them.

What do you need from us to quote a project?

A product list with rough dimensions, how many images you need, your deadline, and any reference images. We send a written quote within 24 hours — no call required.
